Chef Helaine is well versed in multiple aspects of the culinary industry and later added baking to her repertoire. She is a consultant advising small business owners who aspire to launch a new food business, a caterer, a private event chef, a baker, and a culinary instructor. Chef Helaine specializes in Global Fusion Cuisine, Baked Goods and Clean Cooking Cuisine. |
